Project/Production Coordinator – Print/Custom Manufacturings in the
printing and manufacturing industry in
Paris, Ontario.

A Day In The Life
- Monitor project progress on a daily basis, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential issues; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Track project costs against approved budgets, investigate variances, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies
- Coordinate the preparation, approval, and distribution of all project documentation and materials (e.g., specifications, finish samples, production-ready assets) to ensure seamless production execution
- Building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing clear, timely updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with Production Managers to track work orders through all stages, including pre-production, production, quality inspection, shipment, and installation
- Championing projects from approval through final delivery and invoicing, ensuring alignment across all internal stakeholders
- Interpret project briefs and develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes, in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers
You Bring
- 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in custom manufacturing, print, fabrication, or retail operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems; PACE experience is a strong asset.
- PMP certification or working toward a PMP designation is an asset.
- Experience with print products such as vinyl, decals, and retail signage is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client service.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
